Project Description: The rehabilitation of a dilapidated public park and seawall incorporating new sandstone seawalls, new stairs and soft landscaping.
Engineering: Peacock Point is in a very exposed location in Sydney Harbour and the main engineering task was to rebuild the required strength and durability. This was achieved through a range of building methods to suit the varying foundation conditions. With this done a very attractive amenityincluding a swimming enclosure and grassed area was re-established.
